
Meditation is one of the best ways to prepare for a QHHT session. Calming your mind, relaxing your body and focusing on your inner senses. I created a guided meditation that helps you practice being in a comfortable, relaxed state, visualising images as well as getting used to my voice.
Create a space around you that allows you to relax and enjoy this time. Find a quiet place, you can light a candle, use essential oil, you can place some crystals around you like amethyst, rose quartz, clear quartz, selenite. Make yourself as comfortable as you can. You may lay down on a bed or on a carpet, or sit on a chair, on the ground on a cushion, whatever is the most comfortable way for you.
Remember, the more you practice the easier it will be to access this state of inner calm.
